In Store Pickup
Pickup is available every Saturday between 9.00 AM and 12.00 PM

Orders can be placed online in advance or purchased in store. EFTPOS facilities are available. Cash is accepted.
If you are unable to collect your order on a Saturday, please contact us to confirm an alternative time. Alternative pick up hours are generally 7am-2pm Monday to Thursday only.
Postage within Australia
All products EXCLUDING frozen raw meals are available for shipping via Australia Post.
Shipping options and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
Orders placed before midday AWST are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is lodged.
Once parcels have been shipped, Raw Meow is not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal service disruptions. We always do our best to assist with tracking and locating parcels. Please contact immediately so we can liaise with AusPost to help resolve any issues.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most regions at checkout.
Shipping options and pricing will be displayed based on the delivery address.
All international orders are shipped at the buyer’s responsibility. Import regulations vary in every country and can change at any time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the products ordered are permitted to enter their country.
Customs authorities may hold, inspect or destroy parcels for any reason at their discretion.
If a parcel is delayed or seized by customs, Raw Meow cannot offer refunds for products or shipping fees.

Shipping to New Zealand
Raw Meow ships to New Zealand with the following important note.
All orders to the United States are shipped from Australia using Australia Post with final delivery handled by NZ Post.
New Zealand customs usually confiscate products that contain chicken. We recommend avoiding any items with chicken content for New Zealand delivery to reduce the risk of seizure.
All New Zealand orders are shipped at the buyer’s responsibility. If customs confiscates or destroys items, no refund or replacement can be provided.
Shipping to the United States
Raw Meow ships to United States with the following important note.
All orders to the United States are shipped from Australia using Australia Post with final delivery handled by USPS.
All U.S. duties and import processing are handled by us in advance to keep delivery smooth. There will be no additional charges when your parcel arrives.
Each country has its own import rules for pet food products.
All U.S. orders are shipped at the buyer’s responsibility. If an item is delayed, refused or seized by U.S. Customs or other authorities, Raw Meow cannot accept liability or offer refunds for goods or shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with every Raw Meow purchase.
Please take a moment to review the following information before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us on the same day of purchase.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.
Final Sale Policy
All pet food and supplements are final sale.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or resell any opened or returned items.
Non Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations
• Change of mind
• Product does not meet personal expectations
• Your pet refuses to eat the product
• A veterinarian advises against feeding raw products
• Incorrect product was ordered by mistake
Feeding preferences and dietary tolerance vary between individual pets. We always recommend starting with a small quantity if your pet is new to raw feeding.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
We may request photos for assessment and in some cases ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or packing error, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Perishable Products
Frozen raw meals cannot be returned under any circumstances.
International Orders
International orders are shipped at the buyer’s responsibility.
If a parcel is delayed or seized by customs, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for products or shipping fees.
