Shipment Information

In-Store Pickup

  • Availability: Pickup is available every Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Store Address: 4/11 Guthrie St, Osborne Park, WA.
  • Orders can be placed online in advance or purchased in-store. EFTPOS facilities are available.

Alternative Pickup Arrangements
If you are unable to collect your order on a Saturday, please contact us to arrange an alternative pickup time. Appointments are available Monday to Wednesday only.

Postage Options

  • All products, except frozen raw meals, are available for shipping via Australia Post.
  • Postage options and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders placed by midday AWST will be dispatched on the same day.

International Shipping available at checkout 

Postage to New Zealand : Be aware that New Zealand customs will confiscate chicken products. It is strongly advised to avoid including items with chicken content.

International Shipping Policy

Orders shipped to international locations are sent at the customer’s responsibility. Please note that certain countries pose a higher risk of customs authorities seizing shipments. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Important Notes:

  • Customs Risks: Raw Meow cannot guarantee that items will not be detained, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities at the destination.
  • Liability: Raw Meow is not responsible for parcels once they leave Australian borders.
  • Duties and Taxes: We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges upon delivery.
  • Seized Packages: If your package is seized or destroyed by customs, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

We recommend researching your country’s import regulations thoroughly before purchasing to ensure a smooth delivery process.

 

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we ask that you carefully review our returns policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us on the same day you place your order to ensure it does not proceed to shipping.

Final Sale Policy
All pet food and supplements sold in our store are FINAL SALE. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or resell any opened or returned items.

Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the product(s).
  • The product(s) not meeting your expectations.
  • Your pet refusing to consume the product(s).
  • A veterinary recommendation against feeding raw products.

Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for inspection. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing fault and not a result of improper use, we will gladly replace the product with an identical item, subject to your agreement.
