Is it free to join the rewards program?
Creating an account on the Raw Meow website, and thus joining the rewards program, is completely free.
How do I sign up?
Simply creating an account on our website will automatically enrol you in our rewards program. Just be sure to sign in to your account every time you make a purchase to ensure you never miss out on any points.

What purchases will I earn points for?
You’ll earn points on every dollar spent on the Raw Meow website, excluding GST and postage, which do not accrue reward points.
How do I check my points balance?
Make sure you are logged into your account on our website, then click the “Rewards” button at the bottom right of your screen on any page.
In the popup window, you’ll find your current points balance, as well as any coupons you have waiting to be used.
How do I redeem my points for coupons?
Make sure you are logged into your account on our website, then click the “Rewards” button at the bottom right of your screen on any page.
In the popup window, so long as you have the minimum amount of points needed to redeem a coupon, you’ll have the option to do so.
How do I refer a friend?
Make sure you are logged into your account on our website, then click the “Rewards” button at the bottom right of your screen on any page.
In the popup window, click “Refer your friends”. You’ll then be shown your unique referral code. Copy and send this code to your friends, family, colleagues – anyone you like!
When they open the link, the rewards popup will appear in the bottom right corner of the page. They must fill in and submit their email address to receive their $5 coupon.
Once they make a purchase, you’ll then automatically receive a $10 coupon in your account.
